Skill development

The Abhiyaanam Social Foundation emphasizes the importance of skill development for achieving a better lifestyle and securing employment. Our skill development program includes advanced digital skills, healthcare skills, agricultural skills, soft skills, and community-based projects. We enhance the skills of children, including those with special needs, as well as men, women, and people in rural areas. We conduct skill development workshops in rural areas that are required to fulfill the specific needs of the community. We work on government schemes like the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and provide short-term training and certification to help secure jobs. Our focus on the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is to provide skill training and placement opportunities for rural youth. We collaborate with the National Skill Development Corporation and public and private organizations to set up training centers in every district.
